What to Bring
- Towels and sunscreen (reef-friendly formulas recommended)
- Cash or payment card: there is a licensed bar on the catamaran which accepts cash, major debit/credit cards and room charges for the Westin (alcoholic beverages will only be sold after in-water activities)
- Reusable water bottle (free chilled drinking water refills provided; you are NOT permitted to bring or consume your own alcohol)

Who covers flights, accommodations, food and other costs?
- Flights: Flights to and from Grand Cayman are covered by The Money Store. If you made your own arrangements and charged them on your personal card, please submit the receipt to our accounting department for reimbursement.
- Accommodations: The cost of the room bookings will be covered for the event period only: March 13 through 15. You will be responsible for any additional days.
- Food and Beverage: A credit of $250 per night will be added to your room for the period of March 13 through 15. Any additional charges are your responsibility and will be charged to your personal credit card.
- Spa Services: Spa charges are your responsibility and will be charged to your personal credit card.
- Activities: You will be responsible for paying for any optional activities.
How do I get between the airport and resort?
Transportation has been arranged for everyone between the airport and the resort for both arrival and departure. Please review the Transportation section for details.
What time zone will I be in?
During the trip, the Cayman Islands will be on Central Time (one hour behind Eastern Time, one hour ahead of Mountain Time and two hours ahead of Pacific Time).
What money is accepted?
The U.S. Dollar (USD) and U.S. credit cards are widely accepted in the Cayman Islands, alongside the official currency, the Cayman Islands Dollar (CI$). Having exact change for cash purchases is ideal to avoid receiving change in CI$. The approximate exchange rate is $1.20 USD to $1.00 CI$ (multiply a CI$ price by 1.2 to get the approximate USD price).
Will I have cell phone service?
Check with your cell phone carrier to confirm your service and rates for the Cayman Islands.
Do I need plug converters for my electronics?
No. The Cayman Islands use the same electrical voltage and outlets as the U.S.
